my Klodawa information comes from a Polish book by Opiola and Kawski

My parents lived in Wloclawek and Piotrkow Kujawski, and they had relatives in many shtetls nearby, probably also in Klodawa.

Together with Judy Lewin from Arizona we are investigating the Jewish population of Izbica Kujawska. Marriages between men

from Klodawa and women from Izbica Kujawska were quite common.

Hi you have described my father's family My father Moishe was the younger of the mal members He did have 3 sisters older than his brother Shmuel I assume they were married and out of the house by then.

In 1931 at least two Rodbart/Rotbart families lived in Klodawa:
at Rynek 9, Hersz, 25 years old cap-maker, and his 28 years old wife Dwojra Genedla; at Warszawska 1, Fiszel Majer, 38 years old, his profession in Polish was "szteper", and his wife, Estera, 32 years old. There were also several Rzeszewski/Rzeszowski families.

There were at least two Taube families living in Klodawa in 1931:
at Rynek 22, the baker Moszek Aron Taube, 40 years old, his 45 years old wife Laja, and their 22 years old son Lejzor Dawid; at Warszawska 37, the merchant Uszer Taube, 42 years old, and his wife Nastka, also 42 years old.

Following Cieplinski lived in Klodawa, at Warszawska 8, in 1931:
Abram Alje, tailor, 53 years old,
Hana, wife, 50 years old,
Szmul, tailor, 24 years old,
and
Mojsze, tailor, 22 years old.

Szukam informacji o rodzinie Przedeckich , która prowadziła zakłady fotograficzne w Żyrardowie , Łowiczu , Skierniewicach ,Włoclawku , Koninie i Kole . Byli to , Samuel i Szmul Przedecki, Daniel Przedecki , Leiser Herszt Przedecki i W. Przedecki.

Opoczinski.
Born in USSR 1944. Living in Israel from 1961. My mother Tauba Cząstkovski (Opoczinski) 91 year old living also in Israel.

I don't know anyone in the photo but I have a name of a Klodawa-related person in Israel. Eliezer Aharoni submitted a page of testimony for Moshe Rojewski (born 1895), a Holocaust victim who lived in Klodawa, on August 26, 1986. Aharoni identified himself as a cousin of Rojewski. It is record number 2200894.
