Klodawa Today: A Recent Visit by Paul Davison

Paul Davison has created a photo gallery from his visit to Klodawa as part a family trip to Poland in April 2006. As his pictures show, Klodawa's Jewish history lives on without its lost Jewish soul.

I would like to contact Paul Davison. My name is also Paul Davison. I am an English artist living in France. I am considering doing an exhibition entitled "my name is Paul Davison". It would consist of portraits in oil paints of people who share my name that I have found via the internet. The theme of the exhibition would be how the internet is changing our view of our own identities and the way we relate to other people. It would also give each Paul davison to say somehting about his identity and beliefs. As I would have to fit this around my other work the exhibition would have to start off as a virtual one but I would hope that it would become a physical travelling exhibition. At the moment I am just writing to a few Paul Davisons to see what they think to the idea and if they would be willing to participate. I would work from digital images provided to me allowing each participant to choose how they wish to be portrayed.

I would be grateful if you could pass this message on to Paul Davison as I do not know how to contact him.

    Many thanks
    Paul Davison
